OS is parsed from libp2p user-agent (CL) and web3_clientVersion (EL). When one layer omits OS, the other is used as fallback. Prysm, Lodestar, Grandine, and Cortex often omit OS on identify — those are counted as Linux (typical for mainnet validators).
