1. The service
This website (the "Service") is an exploratory, best-effort visualization of publicly discoverable Ethereum consensus-layer nodes. It is provided free of charge and for informational purposes only.
2. "As is", no warranties
The Service and all data, content, charts, maps, identifiers, and functionality made available through it are provided strictly "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
3. No guarantee of continuity, accuracy, or availability
The operator gives no commitment that the Service will continue to be available at any future time, that data shown will be current, that any feature will be maintained, that any URL will remain stable, or that any data displayed reflects reality. The Service may be modified, degraded, paused, restricted, or permanently discontinued at any time, without prior notice and without liability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator, contributors, hosts, or any affiliated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or any decision made or action taken in reliance on information obtained from the Service), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
5. Not advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, technical, or professional advice of any kind. The Service does not endorse any client implementation, hosting provider, jurisdiction, or actor whose node may appear in the data. Decisions taken on the basis of the Service are at the user's sole risk.
6. Acceptable use
Users agree not to use the Service in any way that (a) violates any applicable law or regulation, (b) attempts to disrupt, overload, attack, scrape at unreasonable rates, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with normal operation, (c) attempts to gain unauthorised access to any non-public part of the infrastructure, or (d) bulk redistributes the data without prior written permission. The operator may restrict, throttle, or block any user, IP, or network at its discretion.
7. Third-party content
The Service displays data derived from the public Ethereum protocol and uses third-party open-source software and map tile providers. Their respective licences govern those components and are listed on the "Attributions" tab.
8. Intellectual property
Aside from third-party components and protocol data, the Service and its presentation are made available solely for personal, non-commercial review. No rights or licences are granted by implication.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, replaced, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the change. Users who do not agree must stop using the Service.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts at the operator's seat. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of users in their place of residence remain unaffected.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the original intent within the limits of applicable law.
